7. Pricing and Payment

• Prices displayed on the Website are in either Danish Krone (DKK) or Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable.
• We accept PayPal and credit card payments via PayPal. Any services offered by PayPal are also supported.
• Payment must be received in full before any products are dispatched.
• In the event of a pricing error on the Website, YourMeds.nu reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

8. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship products to Denmark, Spain, and Sweden. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected.
• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, YourMeds.nu cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or postal service disruptions.
• If a product is lost in transit, we will resend the product one time after receiving confirmation from the shipping company that the product is indeed lost, provided this confirmation occurs within 30-60 days. If the product is lost a second time, no further replacements will be made.

9. Returns and Cancellations

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We do not refund beverages or any items that can be eaten.
• To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@yourmeds.nu to request the return address.
• Refunds will only be issued for products that are still sealed or not opened. The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

• It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products they purchase are legal in their country or region of residence. By purchasing any product from YourMeds.nu, you confirm that you have verified the legality of the product in your jurisdiction.
